Who We Are

Dennis Neville has directed the operations of Neville Construction, LLC, since its inception  He manages all facets of the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure his high standards of excellence and customer service are met. 

He and his family are also  family farmers and cattlemen, so they can walk the walk, as well as talk the talk when it comes to meeting your agricultural needs. 

Kathy Lemon, our office manager, manages the administrative functions of the company. 

Larry Doran provides design assistance and provides estimates and proposals for the purchase and erection of Lester wood-frame and Butler all-steel buildings.

Rich Glasshoff, our crew leader, has won the National Frame Building Association's prestigious "Crew Leader of the Year" award for his commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Our erection crew consists of experienced construction personnel who know their way around metal buildings, elevators, grain bins, cranes and other high-lift machinery.

Good old-fashioned midwest work ethic, integrity and teamwork, that's what we're about!
